Job summary

ZoomInfo is seeking a Principle Procurement Manager to lead enterprise‑wide procurement strategy, complex sourcing, and strategic supplier relationships. You will partner with executives to improve cost efficiency, risk management, and supplier performance, enabling business growth with SaaS, IaaS, and technology services.

The role focuses on governance, contract strategy, and analytics, managing negotiations, and transforming procurement into a strategic business partner across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Eight+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and CLM.
• Experience with SaaS, IaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement for ZoomInfo initiatives from intake to renewal.
• Develop enterprise-wide procurement strategies for products and services.
• Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage complex contracts and amendments.
• Lead high-value sourcing initiatives including RFPs, RFIs, and vendor selections.
• Define deal objectives and approval requirements with key stakeholders.
• Drive negotiations covering pricing, terms, data protection, and SLAs.
• Drive cost savings, risk reduction, and process improvements across procurement.
• Develop supplier governance, scorecards, and executive reporting.
