Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Infrastructure & Operations team within the Digital Employee Experience portfolio in Austin, with other locations considered for the right candidate.

You will translate loosely defined business problems into clear processes, actionable requirements, and measurable results, partnering across project managers, engineers, and vendors to reduce friction, cost, and risk for Procore employees. Immediate start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Experience mapping processes and turning problems into requirements.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and creating process visuals using Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to understand current processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Map current-state workflows with clear ownership, handoffs, dependencies, and gaps.
• Design future-state processes with guardrails, responsibilities, and measurable success criteria.
• Identify data needed to analyze problems and reconcile information from multiple sources.
• Translate findings into clear visuals and actionable requirements.
• Turn improvements into user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with project managers to evaluate options and support delivery across initiatives.
• Support testing, validation, and operational readiness to ensure changes meet business needs.
• Follow improvements through implementation and adjust as needed.
• Communicate findings, risks, and decisions clearly to both operational and executive audiences.
