Job summary

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the IT Infrastructure & Operations Digital Employee Experience team. You will translate vague problems into clear processes, requirements, and measurable results, partnering across PMs, engineers, and vendors.

Austin is the preferred location with other locations considered; in-person collaboration may be needed for workshops. Immediate start and broad cross-domain scope are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3-5 years in business systems analysis, business analysis, process improvement, or similar role.
• Experience improving or reengineering business processes from problem to measurable outcomes.
• Analytical approach to root causes and data-supported decisions.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and workshops to clarify problems and opportunities.
• Map current-state workflows with ownership, handoffs, and gaps clearly defined.
• Design future-state processes with guardrails, responsibilities, and success measures.
• Identify data needs, reconcile information from sources, and explain findings.
• Collaborate with technical specialists for data extraction and translate findings into visuals.
• Turn improvements into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with project managers to evaluate options and support delivery across initiatives.
• Support testing, validation, and readiness to ensure changes meet needs.
• Follow improvements through implementation and adjust as needed.
• Communicate findings and risks to operational and executive audiences.
