Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Senior Finance Analyst - M&A Integration to drive post‑close value realization and ensure acquired companies fold into the Procore ecosystem, translating deal theses into measurable operational and financial outcomes.

You will partner with Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations to manage end‑to‑end post‑acquisition workstreams, track synergies, and mitigate integration risks. Based in Austin, TX or remote, with immediate start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of related experience in M&A integration, corporate development, or finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end post‑acquisition Finance integration workstreams from Day 1 through synergy realization.
• Define and execute Finance integration roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, and Operations.
• Analyze target company data to identify integration priorities and monitor synergy realization.
• Build and maintain integration trackers, dashboards, and status reports for executive review.
• Facilitate cross‑functional sessions to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Document processes and learnings to evolve the M&A playbook for future acquisitions.
