Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company is seeking an Analyst V for the Technology Services group. Based at the Comanche Peak Plant in Texas, you will drive documentation, process improvements, and training for IT services, collaborating with business users and IT teams to deliver measurable value.

You will apply ITIL-aligned practices, track initiatives, and develop leadership communications, enhancing adoption of TS processes and ensuring alignment with Vistra value drivers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a business or technology field.
• ITIL, CSM, AWS or similar certifications are desirable.
• Ability to lead and communicate status across cross-functional teams.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily operational activities and measure process quality and compliance.
• Analyze and configure applications to improve customer experience and provide practical solutions.
• Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement ideas for ITIL-aligned processes.
• Partner with business users, process owners, architecture and development teams to ensure effective application use.
• Lead, track, and communicate status of cross-team initiatives.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with technology, business, and vendor teams.
