Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certifications in business or technology related field.
• 5-7 years experience in technology or business field.
• ITIL, CSM and AWS certifications highly valued.
• Ability to lead cross-team initiatives and communicate status clearly.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily operational activities and measure process quality and compliance.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze and configure applications to improve user experience.
• Identify and implement automation and ITIL-aligned improvements.
• Partner with business users, architecture and development teams for effective application use.
• Lead, track, and communicate status of cross-team initiatives.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships across teams and vendors.
• Design and create metrics for improved measurement and reporting.
• Create and update documentation.
• Train users to increase adoption of TS processes.
• Apply financial principles to team initiatives.
• Provide domain guidance to less experienced team members.
