Job summary

Vistra Corporate Services Company in Perry, OH seeks an Analyst V to drive documentation, improve processes, and support technology services. You will maintain and configure applications and identify opportunities to enhance service quality and user experience.

You will partner with business users, architecture and development teams to implement automation, measure performance, and train users on TS processes to increase adoption and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Business or equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CSM, AWS are a plus.
• Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of cross-team initiatives.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation for ITIL-aligned processes.
• Ability to create and update process documentation.
• Strong learning agility, organization, and attention to detail.
