Gallagher Bassett is seeking an SVP - Head of the IT Business Office to align IT strategy, portfolio execution, and business value delivery. You will integrate BRMs, PMO, and enterprise priorities with governance and transparent reporting.

The role requires 15+ years in IT strategy, PMO, finance, or transformation leadership, with strong executive communication and collaboration at CIO/CEO/CFO levels. A global, outcomes-driven IT leadership culture awaits.

Qualifications

15+ years experience across IT strategy, PMO, finance, or transformation leadership.
Strong combination of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and execution rigor.
Proven ability to operate and influence at CIO/CEO/CFO levels.
Exceptional structuring, communication, and stakeholder orchestration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead IT Business Office, PMO & Portfolio Management as backbone of IT.
Coordinate BRMs and Portfolio Management to align demand with priorities.
Drive quarterly business reviews with CIO/CEO/CFO and enable executive decision-making.
Own KPI/OKR lifecycle and standardized performance reporting.
Oversee IT risk, compliance, and enterprise interface with global functions.
