Job summary
Gallagher is seeking an SVP - Head of the IT Business Office for GB IT, reporting to the CIO. You will align strategy, portfolio execution, financial outcomes, and business value across IT to drive disciplined governance and executive decision-making.
You'll lead PMO, BRMs, and portfolio management, delivering enterprise-level reporting and quarterly reviews with senior leadership, while shaping a federated operating model and continuous improvement across IT.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of leadership in IT strategy, PMO, finance or transformation.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and execution discipline.
- Proven ability to influence at CIO/CEO/CFO levels.
- Exceptional structuring, communication, and stakeholder orchestration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Business Office and PMO as the backbone of IT.
- Drive governance frameworks, reporting, and executive updates.
- Align IT strategy with portfolio delivery and business priorities.
- Own quarterly business reviews and IT deep dives with senior leadership.
- Provide single-pane insights to support decision-making.
- Foster a data-driven performance culture across IT leadership.
