IDB Invest is seeking an Information Technology Officer/Senior Officer to deliver reliable IT services and drive digital transformation. You will support daily IT operations, manage SaaS solutions, and partner with architects to implement scalable, secure integrations using APIs and modern platforms.

You will work in the Technology Team within the IT and Analytics Department, collaborating across business units, vendors, and internal teams to advance the organization’s digital agenda and ensure

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Extensive IT operations and digital transformation experience.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS deployments and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption of low-code/asset-light solutions.
• Collaborate with architects to design scalable integrated solutions.
• Design architecture diagrams and API-driven integration models.
• Contribute to development governance and coding standards.
• Liaise between business units, IT, and vendors for delivery.
• Manage end-to-end SaaS solutions and platform implementations.
• Coordinate daily IT operations and vendor support.
• Lead digital transformation planning and monitoring.
• Create technical/documentation and process maps.
• Conduct solution reviews aligned to the tech roadmap.
