Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years leading complex technology transformation projects.
• Experience in Commercial Banking and Private Banking domains.
• Strong data management, data migration, data governance, analytics concepts.
• Experience with data conversion and system integration.
• Proven cross-functional coordination across business, technology, operations, data and vendors.
• Strong planning, risk and issue resolution, dependency management, and executive status reporting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in structured Program Management and Governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Drive execution across business, operations, technology, data, integration, and vendor workstreams.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, budget, risks, and key deliverables.
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks and drive resolution.
• Coordinate data migration, integration, validation, and reporting readiness.
• Lead SIT/UAT, dress rehearsals, and production readiness activities.
• Partner with Change Management for stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption.
