Job summary

Copado is seeking a strategic Director, IT Operations to lead a growing global IT organization. You will own the vision, governance, and end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure and end-user technology across regions, reporting to senior technology leadership.

You will partner with Security, Real Estate, Finance, and People teams to maintain a secure and highly available environment. The role requires building roadmaps, budgets, architecture frameworks, and operational standards to scale with

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in IT with enterprise operations focus.
• 4+ years in senior leadership managing multi-tier teams and $5M+ budgets.
• Proven track record scaling global IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the global IT vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
• Architect and mature the global IT operating model with OKRs and SLAs.
• Own OpEx/CapEx budgets, drive cost optimization and ROI.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team.
• Transform Help Desk into a modern, frictionless experience.
• Establish ITSM frameworks, incident response SLAs, and metrics.
• Champion AI-driven automation and self-service workflows.
• Set global standards for network, security, and AV.
