Job summary

IDB Bank in New York is seeking a Project Manager to lead one or more initiatives within the Technology Modernization Program. You will drive execution across business and technology streams, manage plans, risks, dependencies, governance, and communications to deliver transformation objectives.

You will work with business leaders, technology teams, partners, and vendors on design, data conversion, testing, training, readiness, and deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• Experience in Commercial/Private Banking domains and related processes.
• Strong data management, migration, governance, and analytics knowledge.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Experience with program governance and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across business, technology, data, and vendors.
• Track scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Ensure data integration, testing readiness, and deployment readiness.
