Job summary

ICBA in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Vice President, Technology Operations to lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security, ensuring reliability and business continuity.

You will collaborate with the CIO and executive team, drive budgets, governance, and enterprise projects, and mentor service desk staff while pushing digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or bachelor's degree and equivalent experience) and 10+ years of senior management experience required.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems administration, and/or technical support.
• Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional IT teams.
• Proven leadership experience managing helpdesk teams or an MSP vendor relationship.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence outcome.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT operations strategy aligning with ICBA’s goals.
• Liaise between IT, departments, leadership and partners to align initiatives.
• Provide IT leadership for cross-functional projects and outcomes.
• Oversee IT teams and service desk, promoting accountability and collaboration.
• Set and monitor KPIs for IT service delivery and customer experience.
• Lead IT governance, risk, compliance, and security programs.
• Direct project prioritization and resource allocation.
• Monitor agile processes and enterprise sprint ceremonies.
• Drive IT process improvements for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with CIO on annual IT budget.
• Oversee security monitoring and incident response.
• Lead security policy development to meet needs.
• Champion innovation and digital transformation.
• Ensure reliable AV and technical support ICBA locations.
• Oversee software licenses, contracts, and inventory.
