Job summary

Vida Group International seeks an accomplished Division Chief Information Officer to serve as the senior technology executive for a major operating division supporting commercial and federal customers. The role reports to division leadership and sits on the executive team, aligning technology, digital transformation, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise systems with strategic priorities.

This high-visibility, business-facing leadership position requires someone who can operate at the intersection

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
• Significant senior IT leadership experience in a U.S. defense contractor or defense-focused business is required.
• Experience supporting businesses operating under U.S. government and/or DoD contracts.
• Prior experience as Division CIO, VP IT, or comparable senior technology executive.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the division’s IT and digital strategy.
• Lead modernization of enterprise applications, infrastructure, data platforms, and architecture.
• Partner with business leadership to improve performance across operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance.
• Lead major technology-enabled transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Provide executive leadership for cybersecurity, information protection, risk, and compliance in a defense environment.
• Establish governance and prioritization across technology investments.
• Advance automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build and develop a high-performing technology organization.
