Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience leading complex technology transformation, modernization, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience within Commercial Banking and Private Banking domains (lending, deposits, payments, onboarding, servicing).
• Strong understanding of enterprise data management, data migration, data governance, reporting and analytics.
• Experience managing data conversion, system integration, and readiness for large-scale implementations.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, operations, data, and vendors.
• Strong planning, risk management, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive status reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience in structured Program Management and Governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Drive execution across business, operations, technology, data, integration, and vendor workstreams.
• Track progress against scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Ensure decisions, assumptions, actions, and dependencies are documented and managed.
• Coordinate with business leaders, owners, technology teams, and external vendors.
• Escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks and drive resolution.
• Lead data and integration workstreams ensuring alignment with target-state architecture.
• Support testing, readiness, cutover, and production readiness activities.
• Coordinate change management, communications, and adoption activities.
