Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise IT operations across North America. You will develop high-performing teams, partner with business leaders, and ensure reliable, responsive technology that supports Uline’s growth.

You’ll translate complex operational findings into actionable recommendations, drive disaster recovery initiatives, and deliver results through strong collaboration and strategic leadership in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in IT operations, including 24/7 IT Service Desk management.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
