Uline's Senior IT Operations Manager will lead enterprise IT operations across North America, building high-performing teams and partnering with business leaders to ensure reliable and responsive technology that supports growing operations.

The role emphasizes identifying opportunities, solving complex challenges, and strengthening the technology experience while guiding disaster recovery initiatives and ensuring operational resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years in IT operations including 24/7 IT Service Desk management.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT operations, ensuring reliable, high-quality technology services across Uline's growing business.
• Develop high-performing teams while fostering strong partnerships between IT and business leaders.
• Analyze performance and operational trends to identify opportunities, solve challenges and improve IT service delivery.
• Translate complex operational findings into clear recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions and drive meaningful improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership for disaster recovery initiatives that protect critical systems and strengthen operational resilience.
