Job summary

Uline, headquartered near Milwaukee in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks a Senior IT Operations Manager to lead enterprise IT operations, drive improvements and enable growth. You will build and mentor teams, partner with business leaders, and ensure reliable technology across North America.

The role entails translating complex data into actionable guidance, coordinating disaster recovery, and delivering high-quality services in a fast-paced, on-site environment at Uline’s facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years IT operations experience including 24/7 IT Service Desk management.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT environment.
• Excellent collaboration, problem solving and communication skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT operations, ensuring reliable, high-quality technology services across Uline's growing business.
• Develop high-performing teams while fostering strong partnerships between IT and business leaders.
• Analyze performance and operational trends to identify opportunities, solve challenges and improve IT service delivery.
• Translate complex operational findings into clear recommendations that help leadership make informed decisions and drive meaningful improvements.
• Provide strategic leadership for disaster recovery initiatives that protect critical systems and strengthen operational resilience.
