The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in IT support or infrastructure, with hands‑on experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Mimecast, and Zoom, and the ability to work under pressure with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in IT support, systems, or infrastructure roles.
• Experience in private equity, financial services, or similarly demanding environments preferred.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Mimecast, and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑urgency IT support to investment professionals and executives.
• Resolve real‑time issues during deal execution and external calls.
