PlayOn is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Operations in Atlanta to own corporate IT, including systems administration, user support, and identity management. You will lead a hands-on team, partner with Security on controls, and standardize IT across a growing organization.

Responsibilities span Google Workspace, access provisioning, vendor management, and budget oversight, with a focus on secure, scalable operations for a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Led IT operations teams with hands-on work and strategy.
• Administers Google Workspace and migrates from other platforms.
• Manages identity platforms and lifecycle processes.
• Oversees corporate IT for distributed staff and SaaS tools.
• Partners with security for access governance and controls.
• Maintains runbooks, SOPs, and asset inventories.

Responsabilités

• Own IT operations, automation, ticketing, onboarding/offboarding, and endpoint management.
• Define SLAs for provisioning, password resets, and access reviews.
• Manage cloud access governance in collaboration with security.
• Oversee corporate software provisioning, licensing, renewals, and usage.
• Lead budget and vendor relationships for corporate IT.
• Coach and grow the IT team and maintain runbooks.
