Job summary

Qualifications

• Flexibility to provide support during off hours, weekends, emergencies, and escalation needs.

Our client is seeking an Information Technology Infrastructure Lead in Boston, MA. This is a direct hire role and onsite 3 days per week.

The Information Technology (IT) Manager provides hands-on leadership for the Bank’s technology operations, infrastructure, applications, cloud services, automation, and information security support functions. This role manages IT staff and vendors while remaining actively engaged in technical execution, incident response, project delivery, process improvement, and operational readiness. The IT Manager ensures secure, reliable, and well-documented operation of on-premises, hosted, SaaS, and cloud environments, including core banking applications, Microsoft 365, AWS, Microsoft Azure, virtualization platforms, Windows and Linux servers, networks, storage, backup, monitoring, and endpoint technologies.

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, engineering, systems administration, application support, cloud operations, security controls, or related technical disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, ITIL, Security+, CISSP, CISM, Network+, PMP, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
• Flexibility to provide support during off hours, weekends, emergencies, and other management or escalation needs.
