Job summary

firstPRO US in Boston, MA is seeking an Information Technology Infrastructure Lead for a direct-hire, onsite role (3 days per week). The IT Manager will provide hands-on leadership for technology operations, infrastructure, applications, cloud services, automation, and information security support.

The position requires strong experience in on-premises and cloud environments, vendor management, incident response, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations and infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, ITIL, Security+, CISSP, CISM, Network+ preferred.
• Flexibility to provide support during off hours, weekends, emergencies, and escalation needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership for IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cloud services, automation, and information security.
• Manage IT staff and vendors while engaging in incident response and project delivery.
• Ensure secure, reliable operation of on-premises, hosted, SaaS, and cloud environments.
• Oversee core banking applications, Microsoft 365, AWS, Azure, virtualization, servers, networks, storage, backup, monitoring, and endpoint technologies.
