Job summary

Tines, founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, is hiring a Senior IT Operations Technician to join our global IT team. This remote US role reports to the IT Manager and balances day-to-day support with project ownership across a broad technology landscape.

You will tackle complex operational issues independently, mentor teammates, and help harden our GCC High federal environment. Strong automation mindset and experience with enterprise platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT operations experience at a senior level.
• Experience administering enterprise platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira) and identity providers.
• Experience leading root-cause analysis and implementing scalable improvements.
• Experience mentoring IT professionals and acting as an escalation point.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT Operations support to a globally distributed workforce.
• Own complex operational issues, investigate, resolve with focus on security, reliability, and impact.
• Mentor IT Operations team members and help document processes.
• Support the federal environment including GCC High and related governance.
• Lead root-cause analyses and drive scalable improvements.
• Highlight risks and improvement opportunities to IT executives.
