Job summary

Tines is seeking a Senior IT Operations Technician to join our global IT team. This senior individual contributor role balances day-to-day support with project ownership, process improvement, and automation.

You will manage enterprise platforms, support our federal environment, mentor teammates, and act as a key escalation point. Remote US role for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone, reporting to the IT Manager in ETZ.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years IT Operations experience or equivalent senior-level breadth.
• Advanced admin experience across multiple enterprise platforms (Google Workspace, M365, Slack, Zoom, Jira).
• Experience with GCC High or regulated government cloud environments preferred.
• Experience leading root-cause analysis and scalable improvements.
• Proven track record mentoring IT professionals and acting as escalation point.
• Strong judgment balancing user experience, security, reliability, speed and impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT Operations support to a globally distributed workforce.
• Lead complex operational issues, investigate, resolve, and document findings.
• Mentor IT Operations teammates and contribute to documentation.
• Administer GCC High and other GCC/Gov Cloud environments for federal services.
• Collaborate with Security and other teams to meet compliance requirements.
• Lead root-cause analyses and drive scalable technical/process improvements.
• Identify operational risks and present opportunities to IT leadership.
