Job summary

NANO Nuclear Energy Inc. in Oak Brook, IL is seeking an IT Operations & Systems Administrator to serve as the IT backbone for our Oak Brook facility.

You will support a growing team of researchers and engineers, provisioning hardware, administering Windows 365 Cloud PCs, and managing the Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP environment. You will help enforce security and compliance, working with GCC High infrastructure and NIST 800-171/CMMC while collaborating with leadership and staff across departments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Linux/Windows server environments, Helpdesk, and Systems Administration.
• Exceptionally strong communication skills with engineers, scientists and executives.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments, Entra ID, Exchange, and SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities

• IT Helpdesk & Endpoint Management: onboarding/offboarding, deploy Windows 365 Cloud PCs, manage Intune; provide on-site IT support at Oak Brook facility.
• Administer Microsoft Dynamics 365; map business processes into Dataverse; manage dashboards and user access.
• Implement and enforce NIST 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 baselines; ensure compliance and data security.
