Job summary

Serco Inc. invites applications for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead Azure and GCC High environments, driving modernization, migrations, and 24x7 production operations.

You will mentor a cloud engineering team, set governance and security standards, and partner with security, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud solutions. The role requires DoD clearance eligibility and strong expertise in Azure, FinOps, automation, and enterprise migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of infrastructure and cloud engineering experience.
• 5+ years of leadership managing technical teams.
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Azure experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale on-premises to cloud migrations.
• Experience managing 24x7x365 production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers for Azure and GCC High operations.
• Develop and execute cloud adoption, migration, modernization, and operational strategies.
• Establish cloud governance, security standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable cloud solutions.
• Design, implement, and maintain Azure and GCC High environments.
• Lead on-premises to Azure migration initiatives for infrastructure, storage, apps, and VMware workloads.
• Ensure performance, availability, security, and compliance.
