Job summary

Tines is looking for a Senior IT Operations Technician to join our global IT team. This is a senior individual contributor role. The candidate will manage enterprise platforms, support our growing federal environment (GCC High), and mentor the wider IT Operations team.

You'll balance day-to-day operational support with project ownership, automation, and process improvement across a broad technology stack. This remote US role serves Pacific Time and aligns with colleagues in other time zones,

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT Operations experience at senior level.
• Advanced administration of multiple enterprise platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira).
• Experience with GCC High or regulated government cloud is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT Operations support to a globally distributed workforce.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement scalable improvements.
• Mentor IT Operations team and document operational decisions.
• Support federal environment and GCC High administration.
• Collaborate with Security to meet regulatory requirements.
