Institute of Foundation Models seeks an experienced IT Operations Lead to bridge our U.S. and UAE teams. This hands-on leadership role ensures reliable, secure, and efficient end‑user technology across global sites.

You'll combine systems administration with exceptional customer service, supporting onboarding, day‑to‑day operations, and scalable IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of IT Operations or related experience.
• Experience managing endpoint devices and MDM platforms.
• Strong IT security, VPN, access management, and compliance know‑how.
• Experience supporting office infrastructure and collaboration tech.
• Proven vendor & asset management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee health, uptime, performance of IT environment.
• Lead office IT initiatives including new office setup.
• Manage storage, networking, printers, endpoint devices.
• Maintain IT policies and operational standards.
• Provide high‑touch IT support and onboarding for employees.
• Coordinate IT across U.S. and UAE offices and time zones.
