Job summary

Tines is seeking a Senior IT Operations Technician to manage enterprise platforms, support our federal environment, and mentor the IT Operations team. This is a remote US role open to candidates in the Pacific Time Zone, reporting to the IT Manager in ETZ.

You’ll balance day-to-day operational support with project work, process improvements, and automation. Expect collaboration across security and other teams to ensure compliance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of IT Operations experience in large, distributed environments.
• Advanced administration experience with several enterprise platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira).
• Experience leading root-cause analysis and implementing scalable improvements.
• Ability to mentor others and balance employee experience, security, reliability and business impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert IT Operations support to employees across a globally distributed organization.
• Take charge of complex operational issues and drive resolutions.
• Investigate issues with a focus on root cause and long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with Security and other teams to meet regulatory requirements for federal environments.
• Mentor and coach IT Operations teammates to raise capability and consistency.
• Produce and maintain documentation and operational runbooks.
