Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in IT, with 3–5+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience supporting multi-location construction/real estate environments.
• Strong Microsoft technologies and enterprise infrastructure knowledge.
• Cybersecurity, ITSM, vendor management, budgeting, and asset lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure reliable IT services, infrastructure availability, and end-user support.
• Establish IT standards, processes, and service delivery practices.
• Implement enterprise IT strategies, governance, and initiatives.
• Oversee networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud, backup, and DR.
• Manage deployments, lifecycle, and continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance for complex technical issues and escalations.
• Support cybersecurity programs, risk management, and incident response.
• Support digital transformation and business tech initiatives.
• Assist budgeting, resource allocation, and asset management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members with accountability.
