Job summary

SC&H Group in Hunt Valley, MD seeks a Senior Manager, Corporate IT to lead day‑to‑day technology operations and drive strategic initiatives. The role reports to the CIO, overseeing a team across infrastructure, applications, and security, with strong vendor relationships and accountability for IT service delivery.

This position is located at our headquarters with four in‑office days per week. A proven track record partnering with executives to align IT with business goals is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with direct team management.
• Strong track record delivering technology projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in professional services, financial services, accounting or client‑facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams across Infrastructure, Applications, and Security.
• Oversee reliable IT operations, SLA adherence, and incident/patch management.
