Job summary

Premier Staffing Partners seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead a team of Systems Administrators and Engineers responsible for enterprise infrastructure, security, and ongoing improvement. This role involves hands-on leadership, coordination with IT leadership and Security, and ensuring reliable, well-supported technology environments.

The ideal candidate will manage people, oversee projects, improve processes, and step in to make critical decisions when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
• At least 3 years of IT management or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership of technical IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of IT Systems Administrators and Engineers responsible for enterprise infrastructure and systems support.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to direct reports.
• Coordinate workloads and priorities to meet service levels and project timelines.
• Monitor health, availability, and performance of infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams to implement security improvements and patches.
• Enforce security policies and access controls across the IT environment.
• Plan and manage technology projects and training needs for end users.
