Job summary

SC&H is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Information Technology to lead IT operations and project delivery from our Hunt Valley, MD headquarters, with a 4-day-on-site expectation. Reporting to the CIO, you will mentor teams across infrastructure, applications, and security and drive accountability for service quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with direct staff management.
• Proven track record delivering technology projects with clear business outcomes.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, or similar client-focused environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms and modern endpoint management.
• Proven ability to translate requirements to roadmaps and communicate status without jargon.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operations across SC&H’s infrastructure, applications, and security disciplines.
• Oversee helpdesk, desktop support, and end-user experience with measurable SLAs.
• Own full lifecycle delivery of IT projects from scoping to closeout.
• Partner with CIO and business leaders to align IT initiatives with priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology procurement.
