SweetRush Inc. seeks a Senior Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to design, develop, and deploy learning solutions for IT initiatives, including AI, Cybersecurity Awareness, and Microsoft Productivity Suite.

This remote-first, Raleigh-Durham-based role bridges technology and people, leveraging AI tools for content creation and rapid development. The role requires 5+ years of experience in instructional design, expert Articulate Rise/Storyline 360 skills, and proficient virtual

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
Practical AI experience using AI agents to accelerate content development (Copilot preferred).
Proven ability to deliver engaging VILT via Zoom.
Ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
Strong visual design using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Responsibilities

Learning Experience Design: co-create live events, eLearning courses, and on-demand resources.
AI-Enhanced Development: use AI tools to flesh out content and outlines.
Content Creation: build interactive eLearning in Rise and Storyline 360.
Multimedia Production: create short instructional/marketing videos with VO.
Live Event Facilitation: script, produce, and co-facilitate live sessions.
Evaluation: own the survey and measurement strategy (MS Forms/Zoom).
