Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Instructional Designer to own the full lifecycle of online technical product training. You will craft learner personas, map tasks, and author interactive eLearning using Storyline 360 and Rise 360.

You’ll work with Product Managers, Engineers, and SMEs across time zones, producing multimedia assets and ensuring accessibility and brand standards while embracing AI to speed development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design.
• Direct ownership of the full instructional design lifecycle from needs analysis to final build.
• Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 including interactive elements.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Instructional Design: needs analysis, personas, task workflows, objectives, assessments.
• Hands-On eLearning Development: author modules, simulations, and software walkthroughs in Storyline 360/Rise 360.
• UI & Workflow Translation: translate complex updates into learner workflows.
• Multimedia Production: create videos and graphics using Camtasia and Adobe Suite.
• Portfolio & Asset Lifecycle Management: maintain training assets across product portfolios.
• SME & Stakeholder Collaboration across global teams to ensure accuracy and timelines.
• AI Tool Integration: use AI tools to accelerate scripting and media generation.
• Continuous Improvement: analyze analytics and feedback to optimize learning.
