Job summary

SweetRush, Inc. is seeking an Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer to contribute to IT initiatives in the Raleigh area. This role involves assessing learner needs, designing tailored learning experiences, and developing engaging eLearning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong project management skills. The position is onsite with a contract rate of $50/hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design, Curriculum Design, eLearning Development.
• Strong project management skills to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Instructional design experience creating courses in technology areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learner needs assessments to tailor the learning experience.
• Collaborate on the design of engaging learning experiences.
• Develop accessible learning content across technology solutions.
• Build interactive eLearning solutions and deploy them in LMS.
• Facilitate live sessions with global audiences on technology products.
• Implement surveys and evaluation methods for learning deliverables.
