The position is Remote - Hybrid with travel to Lexington, KY once per month. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential for success in this senior-capacity project.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP OTC / Order-to-Bill experience with deep functional expertise.
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations and large SAP transformations.
• Strong understanding of OTC integration points (FI-AR, logistics, pricing, tax, billing).
• Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore teams and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership across end-to-end OTC/OTB processes.
• Guide solution design, planning and execution for US S/4HANA launch.
• Lead blended onshore/offshore SAP teams.
