Job summary

First Quality is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect - OTC to design and guide the transformation of Order to Cash processes across the enterprise. This remote role drives technology roadmaps, collaborates with solution engineers, and ensures cross-domain alignment on data models and integrations.

You will craft reference architectures, high-level designs, and implementation guidelines while partnering with IS, IT Infra, and business COEs to deliver scalable, cost-efficient solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience supporting the Order to Cash business processes and related systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Design and drive the future IT solution architecture for Order to Cash processes and related systems.
• Develop three-year strategic roadmaps for functional and technical domains.
• Create high-level designs, including data flow and security architecture, in partnership with IS and Infra.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business units and IT teams.
• Define functional specifications and testing plans aligned with business goals.
• Mentor and lead project teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement.
