Job summary

First Quality seeks an IT Solution Architect - OTC to design and drive Order to Cash technology solutions. You will craft strategic roadmaps, define reference architectures, and align processes with enterprise standards across SAP, analytics tools, and integrations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure security and DR readiness, and guide implementation with an eye for cost efficiency and scalability within a remote U.S. environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience supporting business processes in scope with SAP and analytics tools.
• 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience across process, technology, people and data.
• 5+ years of Solution Architecture within enterprise architectural guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of Order To Cash processes and SAP configurations.
• Create and maintain 3-year strategic functional roadmaps for business processes.
• Develop 3-year strategic technical roadmaps, introducing automation where applicable.
• Produce Reference Architecture Documents and High Level Designs for new processes and projects.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop program and project plans and ensure BCP/DR alignment.
• Provide L4 support and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
