Job summary

First Quality, a family‑owned manufacturer of consumer goods, seeks an IT Solution Architect – OTC to design and oversee end‑to‑end Order to Cash solutions, primarily using SAP. This remote role requires deep technical leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and a 3‑year roadmap aligned with business priorities.

You will define reference architectures, develop high‑level designs, and partner with IT Build/Engineering for detailed specs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience supporting the functions business processes in scope based on tools including, but not limited to, SAP, Analytics tools like Qlik or PowerBI.
• ~10+ years of Solution Architecture experience designing enterprise level solutions from the process, technology, people and data perspectives.
• ~10+ years experience designing new IT business services.
• ~5+ years of solution engineering experience building solutions under direction of established and accepted solution high‑level and architectural designs.
• ~5 years of Project Management experience or exposure.
• ~5+ years of CPG Manufacturing experience.
• ~SAP (ECC 6.0, APO, EWM, TM, IBP, Ariba), Qlik, PowerBI, Fourkites.
• ~Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
• ~Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise IT solutions across process, technology, people and data.
• Develop high‑level and architectural designs for new IT services.
• Collaborate with project managers to plan programs and projects.
• Create implementation guidelines and build standards.
• Ensure business cases align with 3‑year roadmaps.
