Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Senior Director of Information Technology to lead the full spectrum of internal technology across IT service desk, systems engineering, and enterprise technology. You will shape the multi-year technology roadmap and guide cross-functional teams toward alignment and execution while enabling AI-driven efficiency.

The role requires 12+ years in technology leadership, ERP transformation experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday), and outstanding executive communication.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years managing multi-function IT organizations spanning infrastructure, business systems, and engineering.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or transformations (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday) including vendor selection, system design, data migration, change management, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Track record of building and scaling teams in growth environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and in compliance-regulated environments (SOX, SOC 2).
• Proven cross-functional partnership and ability to translate between technical and non-technical leaders.
• Strong vendor management, contract negotiation, and build-vs-buy decisions.
• Executive communication skills for technology strategy, risk, and investment to C-suite.
• Experience in high-growth settings where speed and process improvement go hand in hand.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technology organization spanning service desk, infrastructure, and business systems, with direct reports at Director and Senior Manager level.
• Define and own the multi-year enterprise technology roadmap and align technical teams with business goals.
• Champion AI adoption across IT operations to automate workflows and increase capacity.
• Set the strategic vision for internal technology enabling business growth and automation.
• Oversee identity and access management, IT asset lifecycle, and service desk management.
• Oversee IT Systems Engineering: infrastructure, networking, endpoint management, and systems administration.
• Oversee Enterprise Technology: admin, configuration, and vendor management for core business platforms.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and technology budgets across functions.
• Partner with Security, GRC, and Compliance to meet audit requirements; collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and Legal.
