Job summary

Crusoe seeks a Principal Enterprise Technology Architect to own the technical vision for integrating Finance, Construction, and People platforms. You will design master data models, an event-driven layer, and governance for enterprise systems. This greenfield role focuses on architecture before configuration and guides senior administrators.

You will partner with IAM, AI governance, and data teams to implement secure, scalable patterns across Crusoe’s stack.

Qualifications

• Designs systems from the ground up with artifacts like ERDs and data flow maps.
• 10–15+ years in Enterprise Systems or Architecture with proven impact.
• Deep familiarity with ERP/Finance or Construction platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield architecture and system design, producing high-fidelity artifacts.
• Define master data approaches and API-first integration strategies.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, and Identity teams on governance.
