Job summary

Crusoe is building vertically integrated AI infrastructure, from energy-first data centers to a high-performance AI cloud. This senior individual-contributor role within Customer Experience transforms complex, high-priority initiatives into successful programs, owning critical timelines and partnering with leadership to drive execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in technical program management, strategy and operations at a high-growth tech company
• Experience with GPU, cloud-infrastructure, inference, model lifecycle or API-first products
• Experience in customer-success operations or scaled, programmatic customer success

Responsibilities

• Run CX operating rhythm and change management: own OKR program, cadence, and coaching teams through change
• Support leadership with decision-ready work: assemble data, draft QBR materials, track action items, run cross-functional projects
• Drive operational programs to resolution: oversee onboarding/offboarding, maintenance windows, incident debriefs, new deployments
• Own delivery of AI tooling built within CX: manage timeline and accountability for landing triage agents, AI-assisted reliability engineering, and support automation releases
• Run launch readiness across CX: coordinate enablement, customer communications, Jira hygiene, and go/no-go for new product releases
