Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Principal Enterprise Technology Architect to own the technical vision for how internal business systems connect, scale, and evolve. This Senior Individual Contributor will set architectural standards across Finance, Construction, and People platforms, guiding a team of senior administrators in a greenfield initiative.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Enterprise Systems or Solutions Architecture.
• Deep familiarity with ERP/Finance (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Coupa, Sage Intacct) or Construction/Ops (Procore, Oracle Primavera).
• Advanced SQL proficiency and deep fluency with web services (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Experience guiding peers and influencing stakeholders without formal authority.
• Willingness to work onsite in San Francisco or Denver per schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead greenfield architecture work, producing ERDs, context diagrams, data flow maps and sequence diagrams.
• Define unified master data approach and reusable integration patterns across platforms.
• Drive API-first, event-driven integration patterns (REST, webhooks/pub-sub) for reliability and latency.
• Partner with InfoSec, IAM, AI governance teams to ensure security and governance across enterprise systems.
• Provide architectural guidance during design reviews and cross-system initiatives.
