Audubon seeks a Senior IT Specialist to ensure seamless operation across diverse tech environments. You will implement new services, develop processes, and provide advanced Tier 2 support with a strong focus on M365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of Tier 2 or higher support.
• Ability to lead large IT projects with stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft 365 (Intune, Entra, Teams).
• Experience providing technical support for Windows and MacOS devices.
• Excellent customer service and ability to communicate with non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate IT projects from conception to implementation.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally and act as technology lead.
• Develop solutions and implement new services within SaaS environments.
• Provide advanced technical support for Windows and MacOS devices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Document interactions and create trainings for IT hardware and software.
• Support executive staff with high-level Tier 2 assistance.
