Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years with M365 apps, especially SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
• 5+ years scripting in PowerShell with code reviews and repositories.
• 3+ years delivering trainings and leading consultations to diverse client groups.

Responsibilities

• Consult on use of M365 applications and products.
• Provide regular training on the use of M365 apps and products.
• Serve as the resident technical expert for M365, focusing on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Exchange, and Purview.
• Develop Power Apps and SharePoint governance.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Develop and maintain relationships with City IT community.
• Report weekly on successes, blockers, and issues.
• Coordinate with Learning Management System team to provide technical training and support.
