Job summary

Servicemaster-Brand is seeking a Senior Director of IT to provide strategic and operational leadership for the company’s technology environment. You will shape the IT strategy, oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and end-user tech, and align initiatives with growth plans.

Reporting to the CFO, you will manage vendors, customers, and cross-functional teams while balancing strategic planning with hands-on involvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.
• Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies.
• Strong cybersecurity, risk management, and governance knowledge.
• Experience with vendor contracts, SLAs, and cost optimization.
• Experience supporting remote and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee infrastructure, security, applications, and end-user tech.
• Lead vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
• Define data architecture and KPI visibility across locations.
• Manage IT budgets, licensing, and contract negotiations.
• Lead IT projects including ERP/CRM implementations and integrations.
• Ensure compliance, incident response, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide hands-on guidance while maintaining strategic oversight.
