Cardinal Health, Inc. seeks a hands-on IT Program & Project Management leader to drive the Infrastructure PMO, develop project managers, and deliver complex initiatives with engineering and business collaboration.

You will foster accountability, challenge assumptions, and enable proactive problem solving across teams. The role requires deep leadership of PM professionals, strong governance, and proactive risk management to ensure successful project outcomes for Cardinal Health’s technology

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in IT program or project management.
• Experience leading infrastructure or enterprise technology projects.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, business partners, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Infrastructure Project Management Team and sets expectations for delivery, performance, and accountability.
• Develops and coaches project management professionals to foster ownership and problem solving.
• Directly manages complex infrastructure projects ensuring scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Builds partnerships with engineering teams, business leaders, and vendors to remove obstacles and drive delivery outcomes.
• Drives governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the PMO.
