Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IT leader to drive the Infrastructure Project Management Team, delivering complex programs with disciplined project management and change management strategies. You will partner with engineering and business leaders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while shaping a culture of proactive ownership and critical thinking.

You will develop project management professionals, manage budgets and risk, and maintain governance and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of IT program and project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience delivering infrastructure or enterprise technology projects.
• Experience managing project management professionals and delivery responsibility.
• Strong communication with engineers, business partners, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Infrastructure Project Management Team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Coaches and develops project management professionals to foster ownership and problem solving.
• Directly manages complex infrastructure projects across scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Builds partnerships with engineering teams, business leaders, and vendors to remove obstacles and drive delivery outcomes.
• Drives governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across the PMO.
